Cager from Centre Point School Amravati Road, Ayushi Chandel a student of Class X, has made her school proud by finding a berth in the Maharashtra State Squad for U-17 School Basketball Championship to be held at Rajnandgaon from December 13to17 December, 2013.
Ayushi, represented her school in the Basketball tournaments organized by DSO from September 2to 6 September, 2013. She was shortlisted for the Division Level trials, which was held at Chandrapur on September 25, 2013. Her fighting spirit and enthusiasm helped her make her place in the State Trials held at Brahmapuri, (Dist.) Chandrapur on October 27th, 2013.

After a fine performance, she was included in the squad of 12 members which was named for the Nationals. She will be attending a preparatory camp from December 7to 11 December, 2013 at Chandrapur from where the team will proceed for the tournament.
She gives credit of her success to (HOD) Physical Education Dept. Rama Rao, CPS(AB) & her coach of DKM Club, Nagpur Mr Amit Sampat.
Moreover, Exe. Director Mukta Chatterjee, Principal Radhika Mehra, VP Anuradha Buddhi, VP Perveen Cassad, Staff and Students have congratulated her on her achievement.
